AllOverAlbany.com, 2008:
Piano Man Nate Buccieri's CD Release Party..."Amateur crooners in A-Town remember him as their favorite piano man -- the guy with an amazing repertoire of pop standards and show tunes who could deftly accompany the best and, um, not-so-best singers in the region. But Nate Buccieri plays great music of his own and he's celebrating the release of his second album Little Boy Flying with a pair of parties at Justin's -- and one of them is tonight."

Review by Joel Patterson,2008:
Nate Buccieri: Piano Man Extraordinaire..."It would take some doing to exaggerate how exciting a performer Nate Buccieri is. Watching his piano bar act, I kept feeling like I had been transported back to a juke joint in the Deep South during the Depression, to an era before amplification and electronics, when sheer force of personality and dynamism and a quick wit and the raw power at your fingertips were all any entertainer had to work with."

Metroland - Listen Here, 2003:
And You've Got Us Feelin' All Right..."As the regular crowd shuffles in, Buccieri, in his good-natured, up-for-anything manner, begins fielding requests from people who want to get up and sing. Some want to do favorites that they’ve done there over and over; some query Buccieri on whether he knows something they haven’t tried there before; and still others, especially newcomers, flip through the trunkful of songbooks he brings to the gig, looking for something they’d like to try. The songs run the gamut from show tunes to piano-pop classics by the likes of the Beatles, Elton John and Billy Joel...to more contemporary artists such as Oasis..."

Metroland - Best of 2003:
"A skilled sight-reader, not to mention a highly accomplished player and versatile, resonant singer, Buccieri wins over his Wednesday audience/ participants with a mixture of talent, wit and the sort of infectious good humor that makes you feel like you really can step up to the mike and turn that song."

Times Union - Pick of the Week, 2005:
Arf, arf, arf..."[Nate's Piano Bar] is a long-standing showcase for Buccieri's impish humor, euphonious voice, and knuckle-busting pianism."

Glens Falls Post Star, 2002:
Living by Song..."Buccieri's right hand called in a soprano thunder as his left hand sent bass keys rippling and he belted out, "Goodness, gracious, great balls of fire!" Nearly every boot and sneaker tapped time to the beat, while Buccieri pelted the keys like a Texas hail storm."

Metroland - Music Reviews, 2005:
Fit for a Queen..." Nate Buccieri resembles a young Tom Stoppard and brings a Stoppard-esque sense of intelligence and surprise to the music he arranges and performs—and he turns out to be a dynamite singer as well. Buccieri is a dynamo at the keyboard. He’s a sensitive accompanist to his companions, and manages the impossible-seeming feat of playing even as he’s joining them in a close-harmony chorus."

Times Union - Fall Arts Introduction, 2001:
" At their best, [songs] help us make sense of the world's confusions and cataclysms...A performance that took place the day after the attacks illustrates this. The talented Albany singer and pianist Nate Buccieri did his regular Wednesday-night gig at the Fuze Box...Each song supplied diversion, delight. Surely no one in the club forgot the events of the previous day, but they could, for just part of an evening, be nourished by focusing on something else..."
