The Community Hospice AIDS AFrica Program and Rea Productions present RAISE THE ROOF: An Evening of Gospel, Jazz, and Movement to benefit the Community Hospice AIDS Africa Program. Hopes are to raise over $30,000 that will be donated to Africa's AIDS orphanages. Nate Buccieri is Musical Director, and featured are Carrie Weiss, Ward Dales, Bill Harrison, Don Paul Shannon, DivaCello, The ESYO Rhythm Ensemble, emcee Jim Kambrich of WNYT Channel 13, and the Capital District Mass Choir. Tickets are $20. Page Hall, Downtown SUNY Campus, 135 Western Avenue, Albany, NY - reception at 7pm with concert to follow at 8pm.
